Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and personalized experience for every bride, all appointments and services are reserved in advance and require payment at the time of booking.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may result in a rescheduling fee.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the service booked. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable due to the time and preparation reserved for your experience.
For Signature and Luxe Bridal Experiences, services are non-refundable once the experience has begun, as time, research, and preparation are immediately invested into your personalized plan.
In the event of a no-show, the appointment will be forfeited without refund.
By booking, you agree to these terms and understand that each service is designed to provide dedicated, one-on-one support tailored specifically to you.
Service Description
A more comprehensive service providing support before and during your appointments.
We begin with a 30-minute consultation where we explore your pre-consultation form to define your unique vision. From there, I'll craft your personalized Bridal Blueprint, laying the groundwork for all your bridal appointments. Once completed, you'll receive it for revision to ensure it perfectly reflects your dream look before scheduling an appointment with me to determine when and what boutiques we visit.
This experience includes:
Pre-consultation style analysis
This is the form you filled out when booking this appointment. I'll go over this and we'll discuss more in-depth at your consultation appointment. This is how I build out your Blueprint.
Bridal Blueprint
A full version detailing your bridal vision (priorities, what you like/dislike, fabrics, color palettes)
Fit strategy (recommended silhouettes, recommended fabrics, specifics to avoid)
Selection of gowns, cost, and where they are available
Bridal Appointment Plan (specific gowns to try-on at recommended boutiques)
(3) In-person boutique styling experience
You get me for three appointments of your choosing to attend with you in-person and provide my expert opinion for your dress try-ons. I'll help you evaluate how you're feeling and make sure that any additional dresses that are being picked by the boutique stylists are within your desired vision.
Post-appointment recap + next steps
After your boutique visits, we'll evaluate your top choices and refine your blueprint.
Final Fit & Finish Session
I will attend your final alteration fitting to make sure we're on the same page for bustling your gown the way you want it.
Finishing Touches Styling Session
We discuss accessory options such as veils, jewelry, hair accessories and make sure they match your dress style and flatter you.
Wedding Day Styling Experience
You get me for up to 4 hours on your wedding day to provide assistance in various ways:
Getting into your gown
Pre-photo gown fluff
Grabbing coffee for you and the bridal party
Last-minute touch-ups, if necessary
Priority Email/text support
I will respond to email or text questions within 24 hours.

Because Bridal Blueprint provides personalized support, a limited number of appointments are scheduled each month. This is to ensure that every bride, regardless of package purchased, receives thoughtful attention throughout her dress search.
